I was first elected to the board in 2014 and was subsequently re-elected in 2018. I served as Vice-Chair from 2014-2017 and have been Board Chair since 2017.
In addition to my work on the Board, I serve as a director for the BC School Trustees Association. I have also been working along side sector volunteers and ministry staff for the implementation of the Enhancing Student Learning Report.
"As a parent of a MSS 2020 graduate and a current MSS grade eleven student, I have a vested interest in making Mission a great place to go to school. We need parent voice on our Board of Education. A voice with vision and the necessary skills and experience to continue to move our school district forward and ensure student success."

From 2003 - 2020 I owned and operated Unison Yoga, a local, private yoga studio. In 2010, I won the Young Entrepreneur Award from the Mission Chamber of Commerce.
